My games: Space Hulk game quick pictures

This isn’t quite a full battle report, but I still wanted to share some pictures snapped of a Space Hupk game. Usually I don’t field partially painted models, but I make an exception when somebody wants to play my favorite game about nightmare boarding action combat.

We played the first mission of the third edition.

The marines lined up.

And the game began. Waves of nightmarish genestealers exploded out of the darkness.

But heroic rolls gunned them down en masse. Against overwhelming odds, the marines made it through the cramped hallways.

The Sergeant leading the way, ripping and tearing until it was done.

Eventually the Sergeant entered the control room. The flamer armed terminator was surrounded on all sides. With no time for the Sergeant to step away, he took the shot into the room. The Sergeant died instantly in a blaze of glory, and the marines secured victory.

This has inspired me to keep working on the marines and genestealers so I can have some truly cinematic battles.
